btw if i was obiwan, and i’d just spent the last 3 days nearly dying in a space battle, then nearly dying after fighting my evil grandmaster (again), then nearly dying fighting a cyborg with a lung condition and far too many limbs, then really nearly dying after my own soldiers turned on me, then had to find out my brother son student best friend person had turned evil and is now working for the Super Evil guy in charge of everything who just ordered the murder of everyone i know, oh and he also killed a bunch of children, and then i was sent to kill my best friend son brother person even though i would literally rather die, despite all the new evilness and murder, and then had to watch him nearly murder his wife (who is also my friend), and then nearly died again fighting him, and even though i won, i left him horribly for dead and everything sucks and i had no friends and no home nothing. if i had to go through all that and then yoda tells me he has HOMEWORK for me during my sad lonely exile?? i would’ve punted that stupid green frog so fast

Since book 7 part 5 (the part where we meet Meleanor/Maleanor 👀) is coming to EN this month, i would love to see your take on lilia’s proposal to meleanor! i mean they were like little kids right? it couldn’t have been that serious…i think the only reason she even brought it up again is because she could tell lilia still genuinely loved her…(even if he didn’t realize it himself?) but, oh well! I love when people play with the idea that Dick and Jason are bound together by a father that no longer exists. It's something only they can relate to each other on. If one of them goes down, the surviving one loses the one other person in the world who understood what it was like to have Bruce as a father before trauma flayed the skin from Bruce's bones.

i was sitting in my room thinking of how convenient it is that the books in the pjo series takes places before or after the school year. then i remembered that ttc happened during winter break. and that percy and annabeth likely returned for their second semester after that quest. what a tragedy.

I sound like a broken record, but I really can't get over her basically airing out Joe Alwyn's mental health problems to the world and liking tweets of people poking fun at his struggles. She basically made sure any person Joe works with going forward knows he's struggled with his mental health. And while there is nothing to be ashamed of. He's clearly a deeply private person. She writes on Instagram there is "nothing to avenge" and that her "wounds are healed." Certainly doesn't sound like it.

OKAY NEW PJS DAYCARE 10 YEARS LATER REFERENCES OF SOME OF THE KINDER!SANSES

Greaser and Epic are the only new additions to the cast, while Fresh and Cross just have redesigns since I couldn't stand their old ones :(

also don't mind Epic's lil chullo, I thought he'd look hella adorable with one while designing him and kinda sorta kept it

(this lil document lowkey looks ugly) this is my little cheat sheet showing all the characters that will be in my PJs Daycare au. as you could tell, several characters are gone

for the caretakers, I replaced Gradient and Blue Screen with Lux and Cil since I honestly don't know a single thing about them and didn't want to butcher their characters in comics (plus I would die for Lux and she's never included in anything)

for the sanses, there are SEVERAL characters gone. this isn't because I disliked them, I actually love most, but for what I'm going for, I need a smaller cast to focus on if I want to actually flesh everyone out and give them time to shine. i also didn't choose favorites---primarily just characters that had a much bigger focus in the original comic to keep it recognizable and comfortable

anyways sorry for the jumpscare flashing you with "its" art. i think id rather die than remake every single reference sheet for the cast, so for now, it just looks like a weird blend of styles (especially since PJ looks like a child due to "its" art style lmao)

urgg anyway i want to get started on art for this so bad and its almost winter break, so pray it all ends quickly so I could go back to drawing I HATE SCHOOLLLLL
